Description
This Italian white wine mustard is sweetened with honey, giving it a sweet and spicy flavor.
Mosto Ardente was started by Elisa and Paolo Artusio in 2020 on Paolo's family farm, in Castellino Tanaro, Piedmont, Italy. They grow their own white mustard seed (a major rarity in the industry), as well as the jalapenos in their chili mustard, and integrating the wines their region (which the Langhe is much better known for). These mustards have a denser paste than you might be used to, even from other stone-ground mustards, and they are packed with flavor.
